Charles P. Melone, Jr., M.D. is a Manhattan-based orthopaedic hand surgeon specializing in sports injuries to the hand & wrist, arthritis of the hand & wrist, wrist fractures, fracture-dislocations, scleroderma, microsurgery and carpal tunnel syndrome. Over the past 40 years in practice, Dr. Melone has gained a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable hand surgeons in the United States.

Dr. Horak received his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Wisconsin, his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School and completed his surgical residency at the Grand Rapids Medical Education and research center of Michigan State’s School of Medicine. Dr. Horak completed his hand surgery fellowship under the guidance of Dr. Charles Melone, Jr., MD.

Andrew J. Lovy MD, MS, is a fellowship trained Hand and Upper Extremity surgeon and Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He is skilled in the treatment of arthritic and traumatic disorders of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. His expertise includes arthroscopic and minimally invasive treatments of nerve compression syndromes, repair and reconstruction of tendon injuries, and sports injuries.
